EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Return Guidelines for Online Purchases:
You have a window of 5 days from the delivery date to return your online purchases.
Items must be in their original, unused condition and in unopened packaging.
Return and Exchange Policy
During Promotional Events (sale items) :
- Customers are allowed a 5-day period to exchange or return their purchases.
- Exchanges are restricted to the same product in a different size or color.
-Exchanges are exclusively available at our store locations in Hamra, Kaslik, and Downtown.
Standard E-Commerce Return Policy:
- Returns for e-commerce purchases are accepted online only. Please consult our online return process for details.
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or modified is ineligible for return.
Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, we will issue an E-gift card for the amount of your purchase, which will be sent to you via email.
Please note that processing return requests may take up to 10 business days, and the E-gift card can be utilized for online purchases or in stores.
*Standard E-Commerce Exchange Policy:*
- Exchanges for items purchased online can only be conducted at our physical store locations.
- If the exchange is due to size discrepancies, the original purchase price will apply.
- For all other exchanges, the price on the day of the exchange will be applicable.
- Gift or cash vouchers cannot be used; exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
*Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order without any charges within 5 hours of the purchase time.

*International Orders:
We do not facilitate exchanges or returns for orders placed outside of Lebanon.
Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a defective item.
