You have a window of 5 days from the delivery date to return your online purchases. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in unopened packaging.

E-Commerce Return Policy
- ✓ Returns accepted online only — no in-store returns for online purchases.
- ✓ All items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- ✓ Worn, used, or modified items are ineligible.
- ✓ Upon receipt at our warehouse, an E-gift card will be issued via email for the purchase amount.
- ✓ Processing takes up to 10 business days. E-gift cards are valid online and in-store.
E-Commerce Exchange Policy
- ✓ Exchanges for online purchases must be done at a physical store location.
- ✓ Size exchanges: original purchase price applies.
- ✓ All other exchanges: price on the day of exchange applies.
- ✓ Gift or cash vouchers cannot be used for exchanges.
- ✓ Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
Promotional & Sale Items
- ✓ 5-day window to exchange or return sale items.
- ✓ Exchanges limited to the same product in a different size or color.
- ✓ Available exclusively at Hamra, Kaslik, and Downtown stores.
Eligibility Checklist
- ✓ Item returned within 5 days of delivery.
- ✓ Item is unworn and unused.
- ✓ Original tags still attached.
- ✓ Item is in original, unopened packaging.
- ✓ Item has not been modified or altered in any way.
Order Cancellation
Changed Your Mind?
- ✓ Cancel your order free of charge within 5 hours of placing it.
- ✓ Complete the cancellation form via the link in your confirmation email.
- ✓ Cancellations after 5 hours cannot be guaranteed.
International Orders
We do not facilitate exchanges or returns for orders placed outside of Lebanon. Import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable — including in the event of a defective item.
