Delivery & returns
- Free delivery in Lebanon on orders over $500; under $500, delivery is $15. Orders leave within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday.
- Cash on delivery across Lebanon, or card or cash in the boutique for in-store pickup.
- Elsewhere in the Middle East on request: message us on WhatsApp before ordering. Sent by DHL; cost depends on destination, import fees are paid by the client. No delivery outside the Middle East.
- 7 days to return or exchange, in any Nakhle boutique or by post, for a credit voucher valid 15 days.
- Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached.
